Project Description
Design-Build project included the complete interior demolition and renovation of a 50,000 square foot building, converting it to a high volume automotive service facility. A 20,000 square foot mezzanine was added to increase floor space. The completed facility includes parts storage, forty-one state-of-the-art automotive service bays, and office space inclusive of customer waiting and service areas.
